President of Ukraine Viktor Yanukovych December 9, 2010 signed a decree "On the optimization of the system of central bodies of executive power" (№1085/2010), what began in the country administrative reform. Decree have been restructured central bodies of executive power, the Cabinet was asked to reduce by 30% of the central apparatus of the executive. Administrative reform also applies to local authorities.
