Court reinstated B. Razvadovskiy in Chief of Kharkov Regional Police Department

On July 27, Kiev Court of Appeals reinstated Victor Razvadovskiy in Chief of Central Department of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of Ukraine in Kharkov region. It was told "SQ" on Sept. 9 by B. Razvadovskiy.
According to him, the court declared a decision to transfer B. Razvadovskiy to work in Kiev for the post of Head of traffiic police department as illegal and decided to reinstate V. Razvadovskiy in the previous post. "Currently I'm on vacation. I'm waiting for the executive service to implement court decision", - said V. Razvadovskiy.
"SQ"Reference. B. Razvadovsky was transferred to work in Kiev in August 2009. After him the Central Department of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of Ukraine was headed by Anatoliy Slipchenko and Mikhayl Martynov.
