Over 600 persons were brought to administrative responsibility in 2010 in the Kharkov region for the manufacture and storage of samogon (spirits home production). According to the Public Relations Center of the General Directorate Ministry of Internal Affairs of Ukraine in the Kharkov region, in particular, the 48-year resident pos.Kommunar (Kharkiv region) was removed 3 liters of samogon and device for the production of samogon . In Yuzhno (same area) in men born in 1970 removed 6 liters of moonshine. Both men were brought to administrative responsibility.

For drinking alcohol in public places since the beginning of 2010 brought to administrative responsibility 6 thousand 350 people.
