Police search the apartment of lawyer of V. Kliment'ev. Found drugs

Poltava police and Special Forces "Berkut" conduct a search in the apartment of Vyacheslav Izmailov, a lawyer of the missing editor of Kharkov newspaper "New Style" Vasiliy Kliment'ev. It was told "SQ"on September 2 by V. Izmailov.
According to him, the police planted drugs on him, which allegedly were "found" in his apartment. This is 5-10 g of a substance in a plastic bag. "The police broke down the door and bursted into the apartment. They said that are investigating a criminal case (Izmailov refused to specify which criminal case -" SQ "). I have a court order prohibiting investigations of this criminal case. Law enforcers do not show any documents. My son was bitten on shoulder by this investigator, we have caused injuries. They confiscated my laptop and computer unit ", - said V. Izmailov.
He said that he intends to lay an action against law enforcement officers who conduct search, and require them 2 million USD for damages.
As was reported to "SQ" in the Public Relations Center of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of Ukraine in Kharkov region, Kharkov police are unrelated to this case and the search is unrelated to the case of missing V.Kliment'ev. As it was known to "SQ", a criminal case on which a search is conducted is initiated in Poltava against a son of V. Izmailov.
"SQ"Reference. Close relatives of chief editor of the newspaper "New Style" Vasiliy Kliment'ev (born in 1943) on August 12 at 22.30 applied to Dzerzhinsky district police station in Kharkov that V. Kliment'ev left home and did not come. On August 15 police was initiated a criminal case on the grounds of a crime under Art. 115 of the Criminal Code (murder). Mobile phone and keys of V. Kliment'ev were found on Aug. 17 in a rubber boat on the Pechenezhskiy storage lake.V. Kliment`ev was an investigative journalist who covered topics related to corruption in law enforcement bodies. According to staff of the newspaper "New Style" Yuriy Homayko, in the last three years main figures involved in investigations of the newspaper were S.Denisyuk, V. Pletnev and S. Khachatryan.
