"Fitch Ratings" Agency assigned final rating of Kharkiv bonds

The rating agency "Fitch Ratings" assigned final long-term rating to the issue of domestic Kharkiv bonds by UAH 99.5 million with redemption on December 8, 2014 in local currency of "B" rating as well as final long-term national rating "AA-(ukr)". This was reported by the official website of the agency on January 23.
The bonds have 12 quarterly interest payments with a fixed interest rate of 15%. Proceeds from issuance will be used to financing of capital expenditures related to the Euro 2012.
According to the agency, Kharkiv has the following ratings: long-term ratings in foreign and national currency at "B" level with a stable outlook, short-term foreign currency rating at "B" level and long-term national rating "AA-(ukr)" with stable outlook.
"SQ" Reference. December 13, the "Fitch Ratings" assigned expected long-term ratings of Kharkiv domestic bonds by UAH 99.5 million that were similar to the final ratings.
