Frunze Plant will build "solar farm"

Within the project "Solar Fund" JSC the Frunze Plant (Kharkiv) will build a "solar farm", which will generate solar energy on the roof of the media center on the Plekhanovskaya str. 57-A in Kharkiv (after Euro 2012 media center will be constructed under the automobile sales centre with a service center for cars - "SQ"). It was reported "SQ" by the Chairman of the Frunze plant Alexander Vasilenko.
According to him, representatives of the plant attended the international exhibition in Milan (Italy), Beijing (China), Conference on Solar Energy in Singapore, in result of which it has been established contacts with various companies. "As a result, two major Chinese companies are willing to provide us with solar panels, which we will assemble", said A.Vasilenko.
According to him, the payback period of solar panels will be 6-7 years. "Today, the cost of energy in the world is growing rapidly. Now the gas costs $ 400 per thousand cubic meters. An installed "solar farm" on the roof will generate 107 kilowatts. It is enough that the whole media center could operate autonomously", emphasized A.Vasilenko.
According to him, in the future the company plans to introduce "solar farms" at other objects of Kharkiv too. "This project is the prospective development of our business", said the chairman of the plant.

The Frunze Plant (Kharkiv) manufactures perforated metal sheet of 160 types, screens for farm machinery, netting and fencing systems for construction, the elements of the urban environment (baskets, boxes, containers, metal furniture), storage stages and security systems for cars crankcase. The plant employs about 400 people. The annual production is about $ 10 million. Affiliated chain of the Frunze Plant is presented by 17 offices in the CIS and the Middle East.
