Guarneri violin will sound in Kharkiv

Concert of chamber music, where a violinist Catherine ten Hagen and pianist Oleg Polyansky from Germany will play, is held in the concert hall of Kharkiv Regional today on January 19. There violin by Italian master Andrea Guarneri of 1663 year will sound.
As was reported "SQ" at the Philharmonic, this unique ancient instrument of the famous master K. ten Hagen received from the German Cultural Foundation "Musical Life" ad honores in performing activity, in particular, wins at prestigious international competitions, tours and performances in prestigious concert halls in the United States and in Europe. The violinist plays for the first time in Kharkiv. Together with the winner of international contests Oleg Polyansky she will perform violin sonatas by famous composers. The concert program includes works of Ludwig van Beethoven, Johann Strauss, Claude Debussy, Bartok Bela and Pablo de Sarasate.
"SQ" Reference. Concert in Kharkiv is a part of a duet tour around the cities of Ukraine. January 17, the duet will perform in Kyiv.
