"National Airlines of Ukraine" declared bankrupt

Economic Court of Kiev by its own decree (№ 18/171) declared bankrupt of public corporation "National Airlines of Ukraine"and opened a liquidation process. According to the State Commission on Securities and Stock Market, the liquidator was appointed Maxim Yurkov.

As was reported by the news agency "RBC-Ukraine", for 2009 the net asset value of the company amounted to UAH 16 million 452 thousand, an amount of credit commitments is UAH 22 million 661 thousand. Assets of the issuer are not enough for commitments settlement.
